Smoothie / Acai Bowl

½ frozen avocado
Handful frozen blueberries
Handful of kale
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop Dr. K Collagen Peptides
2 scoops of Helio Dawn powder or 1 acai packet thawed

Blend all ingredients together well. Pour mixture into a bowl and be creative with your toppings! Some options are: slivered almonds, bananas, chia or flax seeds, cinnamon, toasted coconuts, strawberries, blueberries.
