Nut Butter Cheesecake Treats

These will surely crave any sweet tooth!  I would put these in the freezer to set and then store them in the fridge for up to a week.

 8 ox cream cheese

¼ cup powdered erythritol ( I used the Swerve brand)

¼ cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup nut butter smooth ( I used almond)

¾ cup chocolate ( I prefer Lily’s or Enjoy chocolate chips)

2 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream until blended smooth. 

In a separate bowl mix nut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

Melt chocolate and pour in melted coconut oil.

Use mini silicone cup lines and coat bottom with chocolate mixture. Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes.

Take out of freezer and add the cream cheese mixture on top of chocolate layer. Flatten with back of spoon.  Freeze again for 15 minutes.

Take out of freezer and use remainder chocolate mixture to cover the cream cheese mixture.  Put back in freezer for 1 hour to set.

Hardest part will be to eat just one!  Enjoy!
